“We are what we imagine. Our very existence consists in our imagination of ourselves. Our best destiny is to imagine, at least, completely, who and what, and that we are. The greatest tragedy that can befall us is to go unimagined.”

COVID-19 Event Cancellation

The National Native Hall of Fame (NNAHF) has been closely following the news surrounding the COVID-19 virus and its related public health risks.  Following increased and overwhelming concerns about the virus, the NNAHF will be joining our Native American communities, sponsors, and state and national partners in working to limit and eradicate the COVID-19 pandemic by canceling this year’s 2020 Induction Ceremony.  There will be no rescheduling of this year’s event.

We are disappointed that we are unable to hold this event but felt this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation.  Thank you for understanding during these difficult times.  We look forward to continuing our mission and hope to celebrate with you in 2021.  In the meantime, please stay safe – Miigwech.
